| Jesse Gordon Spencer (born on February 12, 1979 in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian actor. He is the son of Rodney and Robyn Spencer, the founders of the right-wing political party, Australians Against Further Immigration. He played the role of "Billy Kennedy" in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, from 1994-2000. He has since appeared in the drama Death in Holy Orders, as well as the movies, Uptown Girls and Swimming Upstream. He is currently based in the USA playing the role of "Dr. Robert Chase", in House, alongside Hugh Laurie in the title role. He previously dated co-star Jennifer Morrison -- however, they are still friends and play the lead roles in the upcoming movie Flourish.
