JoAnna Garcia (born August 10, 1979, in Tampa, Florida, USA) is an American television and film actress of Cuban descent.

She is best known for her portrayal of Cheyenne Hart-Montgomery on The WB sitcom Reba (2001-present). She previously played Vicki Appleby, a recurring character on the short-lived NBC dramedy Freaks and Geeks (1999-2000).

In high school, she was discovered by Nickelodeon and starred for two seasons on Are You Afraid of the Dark?, after which she attended Florida State University for a year before pursuing acting full-time.

Garcia is fluent in Spanish.
