Joe Cipriano (born in Waterbury, Connecticut on September 8, 1954) is one of America's Top voice over actors who is heard everyday on TV and radios all over the world.

Joe Cipriano began his career as a broadcaster in Waterbury, Connecticut, while still in high school. Since then he has worked on the air for the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), American Broadcasting Company (ABC), Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) and CBS TV and Radio networks, achieving success on and off camera. In 2006 Joe celebrates his 18th year as the "Voice" of the FOX-TV Network Comedies, the 9th year in a similar position at CBS and his first year as the deep, mysterious drama voice for the NBC TV Network.

Joe Cipriano has multiple times been the announcer for the prestigious Grammy Awards which is broadcast live from Los Angeles to 195 countries reaching an estimated 1.7 Billion viewers. He performed the same function for the The 57th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards in 2005 and in the past several years he has also been the "live" announcer for many of television’s biggest events; The Blockbuster Entertainment Awards, The VH1 Honors, GQ Magazine’s Men of the Year Awards, Elton John Live, Johnny Cash Tribute, and Genius, A Night for Ray Charles just to name a few.

In 1988, the Fox Television Network made a bold move by stepping away from the traditional "Voice of God" Network Announcer and chose Joe Cipriano's youthful "every man sound" to be their "Image Voice" as the fledgling company attempted to become a bona-fide fourth network. With the help of Joe Cipriano as their youthful-sounding voice and their cutting edge programming, Fox was able to establish itself as a ratings winner and today Fox is the Number 1 Television Network in America with adults 18-49.

Today, Joe's distinctive sound is heard everyday on over 200 Fox TV stations across the nation, voicing promos for such shows as The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Futurama, Malcolm in the Middle, Mad TV and the rest of the successful programs on the Fox Network.

In 1997 the CBS Television Network looked to Joe to assist in changing it’s image to attract a younger audience. Since CBS's "worst to first" ratings success, Joe has become synonymous with CBS's brightest comedies such as Everybody Loves Raymond, The King of Queens, Yes Dear, Two and a Half Men and more. The most recent ratings sweeps has crowned CBS as the most watched Television Network in America.

In 2005, the NBC Television Network made an exhaustive search for a "new sound" to represent their Award Winning Dramas such as The West Wing, ER, Medium and others. They found their new sound in Joe Cipriano who by all accounts re-invented his performance and created a mysterious, youthful and impactful presence. It was such a dramatic change in performance that producers and casting directors who had worked with Joe for years could not identify this new sound on NBC.

As further example of Joe Cipriano's versatility he is also the upbeat, guy next door voice for the cable outlet Food Network.

Joe's radio career includes hosting duties for "The World Chart Show" from 1992 to 2004. The weekly two-hour show counted down the planet’s hottest hits on 250 Radio Stations Worldwide with stories about and interviews with international music stars and celebrities. From 1987 to 1992, Joe produced and hosted two popular shows that aired in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka and Kobe, Japan. The "LA Express" and "Toyota California Classics" scored record ratings in their time slots and enjoyed a long, successful run on the air in Japan.
