John Ingle (born May 7, 1928, Tulsa, Oklahoma) is an actor currently starring as Mickey Horton in the NBC daytime drama, Days of our Lives since 2004. From 1993 until his final appearance on February 27, 2004, Ingle starred as evil patriarch Edward Quartermaine on the ABC daytime drama, General Hospital. In March 2006, Ingle announced he decided to leave Days of our Lives in order to return to General Hospital as Edward, replacing Jed Allan.

Ingle graduated from Verdugo Hills High School in Tujunga, Los Angeles, CA. From 1964 until 1984, he taught acting at Beverly Hills High School, Beverly Hills, California.
