John Sanford Moore (born June 5, 1966 in Montreal, Quebec), widely known as John Moore, is a Canadian radio and television broadcaster, film critic, actor, voice actor and comedian. He studied at Vanier College.

Since shortly after the 2003 departure of John Oakley to competing station CFMJ, Moore has hosted The John Moore Show during afternoon drive time on radio station, CFRB 1010 in Toronto, Ontario. He continues to be the entertainment reporter on the morning show, primarily offering film reviews and gossip since the late 1990s. He previously worked for Radio-Canada, French language radio and hosted a television fishing show. Moore also hosts Mystery Ink, a show about mystery fiction aired frequently on the Mystery specialty television channel. John lives in Toronto and Montreal. He answers most of his e-mail especially when it’s funny.

Moore's generally left-wing politics stand out on CFRB, but an upbeat, genial manner endears him to the more traditional and conservative members of his audience. His show is on weekdays 3-6PM, NewsTalk 1010 CFRB.

Trivia

On January 31, 2006, Moore appeared as a contestant on the game show, Jeopardy!. He placed last, finishing with a negative amount of money.
