| John Nettleton (born 5 February 1929 in London) is a British actor. One of his most notable roles was that of Sir Arnold Robinson, the cabinet secretary, in Yes, Minister and Yes, Prime Minister. Other roles include Brass (1983), Reverend Ernest Matthews in the Doctor Who serial Ghost Light (1989) and ''Longitude (2000).
