Jon Hamm is an American actor born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He was most recently seen on The Division television series as Inspector Nathan Albert Francis "Nate" Basso.Early yearsHamm's interest in acting started in the first grade after being casted to play Winnie the Pooh. He went to the University of Missouri on a scholarship to study acting. During this time he worked as a day care teacher.
