Joshua Michael Peck (born 10 November 1986) is a young actor familiar to TV viewers for his role in the Nickelodeon TV shows The Amanda Show and Drake & Josh
.

Peck was born in New York City, New York; he never knew his father and grew up with his Jewish mother and maternal grandmother. He has been a stand-up comedian since age 9 and has performed in the New York based children's theater, TADA.

Peck's first movie was Snow Day
(2000). He was recently in the film Mean Creek
(2004), for which he received critical praise. He also guest starred on an episode of MADtv. Peck currently stars in the Nickelodeon sitcom Drake & Josh
as "Josh Nichols" along with his Amanda Show co-star Drake Bell. Peck also provides the voice of "Lenny" in the animated series, Whatever Happened to Robot Jones?

Peck's most recent project is the independent film, Special, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2006.
