Joshua Malina (born 17 January 1966) is a Jewish-American film and stage actor. He currently portrays character Will Bailey on the NBC drama The West Wing.

Born and raised in New Rochelle, New York, Malina graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Theater. He made his acting debut in the Broadway production of Aaron Sorkin's A Few Good Men
. From 1998-2000, Malina starred as character Jeremy Goodwin on Sorkin's Sports Night. The critically-acclaimed show was unable to find a large fan base and was cancelled after two seasons.

He is likely best known for his role as Will Bailey on The West Wing, which he has held since 2002, and will continue through to the show's final episode in May 2006. With the role, he continues his feat of appearing in every project written or produced by Sorkin.

Joshua Malina is a co-creator and producer of Bravo's cable TV series Celebrity Poker Showdown.

He is the brother-in-law of fellow West Wing actor Timothy Busfield.
