Joyce Hyser (b. December 20, 1957 in New York City, USA) is an American actress. She has starred in many films, her debut having been in 1980's The Hollywood Knights
. She went on to appear in the 1983 hit film Valley Girl and the 1984 film This Is Spinal Tap
. Her first starring role was as Terry Griffith in 1985's hit comedy, Just One of the Guys
. Hyser went on to star in the 1988 TV movie Police Story: Monster Manor with Just One of the Guys
co-star Clayton Rohner.

On television, Hyser had a recurring role as Allison Gottlieb on the 1980's legal drama L.A. Law, and as Megan Lockhear on The Flash. She has also made guest appearances on Melrose Place
, Viper, Pacific Blue, and The Division.

Hyser also featured prominently in the music video for "I Can Dream About You" by Dan Hartman.

Hyser dated musician Bruce Springsteen in the 1980's.
