| Julian Polzin (b 1969) is a native of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He has been involved in improvisational theatre since 1988 and has created as a founder/director these following improvisational troupes: Action Comedy Theatre Troupe, (Victoria B.C. Canada 1994) now known as ACT Improv, Laugh out Loud Improv (Nanaimo, British Columbia Canada 1997) Whirlwind Improv Theatre Troupe, (Victoria B.C. Canada 2000). Polzin was also a judge for the Canadian Improv Games and created a version of Survivor Improv. He has submitted writing articles to Improvland.com. He has been influenced from such names as Robin Williams, Del Close, Rich Little, Viola Spolin, Keith Johnstone, Eddie Murphy, Jonathan Winters, Carol Burnett, and Dave Allen at Large. Currently Julian Polzin and his wife Angela live with their 1 and half year old son Nathan in Victoria B.C. Canada.
