Junichi Kanemaru (金丸淳一 Kanemaru Jun'ichi) is a seiyū, or voice actor, born on October 27, 1962 in Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan. He is best known for his work as Sonic the Hedgehog in recent incarnations of SEGA's video games and as Ginta Suou in Marmalade Boy. He is employed by the talent management firm 81 Produce.
