Karina Kay is an American porn actress who entered the adult film industry in 2005.

Kay grew up attending a strict private school. She lost her virginity at 16 to her then boyfriend, who allegedly attempted to murder her when she broke up with him. When she turned 18 in 2005, she began working as a striptease dancer in Canoga Park, California. Although she liked the adult industry, Kay was dissatisfied with dancing because of the long hours and in her words "the only social life you have is with your stripper friends who are all doing drugs." After talking with her employer, a former model for L.A. Direct Models, Kay entered the adult film industry within three months. Her first scene was with Erik Everhard, whom she subsequently dated for two weeks. In her work, Kay dislikes anal sex because of the feeling that accompanies it. One physical feature that Kay dislikes about herself is her nose. She intends to become a plastic surgeon after she stops making adult films.
