Kate Ritchie (born August 14, 1978) is an Australian actress on the television series Home and Away. She has played the character Sally Fletcher ever since the series began in 1988; with fellow original cast member Ray Meagher, it is the longest continuous role in an Australian television series. Ritchie also was the child lead Molly in the mini-series Cyclone Tracy in 1986. She has done a number of commercials and has also been involved with the Campbelltown Musical Society.

In 2000 a sex tape, rumoured to feature Kate and her ex-boyfriend, was circulated on the Internet. Several downmarket tabloid newspapers, including the Daily Sport, reported the story, however Ms Ritchie has never commented on the allegations.

She lives in the eastern suburbs of Sydney with her boyfriend, professional rugby league player Chris Walker.
