| Ken Jenkins (born 28 August, 1940) is an American actor, born in Dayton, Ohio. He co-founded Actor's Theatre of Louisville. Jenkins is best known as Dr. Bob Kelso on Scrubs. He previously appeared in the series Homefront and has starred in the X-Files episode Medusa of season 8. He has also been in movies like Gone in Sixty Seconds, I am Sam and the 1998 remake of Psycho. Ken Jenkins also had a minor role in the 1990 film By Dawn's Early Light.
