Ken Kirzinger is a veteran Canadian stunt man who portrayed Jason Voorhees in Freddy vs. Jason
(2003). Standing at 6'5 1/2", he is the tallest of any stunt man to have ever played Jason.

Kirzinger's ties to the character and the Friday the 13th
franchise goes back to Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan
, wherein which he served as the film's stunt coordinator, briefly doubled for Kane Hodder as Jason, and played the part of a New York short order cook.

His brother Dave Kirzinger played for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League from 1978 to 1986.
