Kenneth "Kenny" Vadas (born July 25, 1981 in Montréal, Québec), is a Canadian actor, of Hungarian descent. Is mostly known for his roles in The Santa Clause and Captains Courageous.

Biography

He was born in Montréal, Québec, but was raised in Beaconsfield, Québec a suburb of Montreal. He has been in several commericals, like for Vicks Vaporub, McDonalds, Zellers. He first was on TVO Eric World from season 3-4 in 1993-1994, he was a gueststar on the Canadian show on Nickelodeon called Are You Afraid of the Dark?, then he went on to star in a minor role in the Disney movie The Santa Clause in 1994 as the "ELF Leader". Next to Sirens in the same year, as a troubled boy. After that on Goosebumps as "Duane" in 1996, in that same year he had a star role in the Hallmark Movie Captains Courageous as the rich brat "Harvey Cheyne Jr." He nominated for his role in Captains Courageous, for the Family Film Awards in Hollywood, and won. to The Adventures of Sinbad the next year in 1997 as "Sali" and to the short-lived NBC show Prince Street as "Kamal". The next year in 1998 on the HBO movie Galileo: On the Shoulders of Giants as "Prince Cosimo" made in Italy! He was Nominated for his role in Galileo: On the Shoulders of Giants. Late on in year the in a CBC movie called More Tears as "Steve", Next year in 1999 on CBC Wind at My Back as "Tony Pirette". And last on CBC Our Hero as "Hennesy" in 2001. Has taking a break from acting a little while ago and recently decided to get back into it. He is a computer animator, working for companies, by adding a magical CGI touch. Using tools such as 3D Studio Max, which Sony Pictures Imageworks and Columbia are now using exclusively.
