| Born in 1973 in Sunbury, Middlesex, an early budding gymnast. She is married to British actor Jamie Bamber, and they have three daughters: Isla Elizabeth Angela Griffith, and twins Darcy and Ava. She has two sisters, Jackie and Lorraine, who is married to Surrey Cricketer Martin Bicknell In 2005 she recorded an album filled with beautiful covers, the album is called "Young Heart". Track number three, comes from a Grolsch (a beer brand) commercial from the Netherlands. Recently she made a guest appearance on "Battlestar Galactica" (where her husband in real life is Captain Lee Adama) as the medic that saves Commander Adama's life, in the first three episodes of season 2.
