Kevin Dean was a Canadian porn star who appeared in gay pornographic movies in the 1990s. Dean was known for his slim physique and youthful appearance, which contrasted his exceptionally large uncircumcised penis, which was reputed to be 11 to 12 inches (25-28 cm) long. He ranks alongside John Holmes, Chad Hunt, Lexington Steele and Ken Ryker as one of the most well-endowed male porn stars in the history of the industry. He spoke with a French-Canadian accent.

Although he usually performed in the top role, he also performed as a bottom on occasion, including with Mike Lams in Rawhide. He was often reported by directors and co-stars as being shy and difficult to work with.

There were rumours that he was planning to have gender reassignment (sex change) surgery, and that he had chopped off his penis. There is no evidence that either of these rumours were true. He is believed to have returned to Canada, or be working in landscaping in the southwest United States.

In The Other Side of Aspen IV, he performed a scene with Daryl Brock in which both actors penetrated Marco Calles at the same time.
