Kip Noll (Born 1958) was an American pornographic actor who appeared in gay pornographic movies and magazines in the 1970s and 1980s.

Noll was a shaggy-haired, surfer type. He was introduced into the gay porn industry by director Williams Higgins.

Kip starred with fellow twink Leo Ford in a string of Higgins titles in the early 1980s, mostly set outdoors in California or Hawaii. He performed in both the top and bottom roles.
