| Kristen Alderson (born Tuesday, May 28, 1991 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania) is an American actress. Alderson is recognized by most for her role as Starr Manning on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live, a role she has played since 1998. Her younger brother Eddie Alderson also stars on the hit ABC soap as Starr's best friend Matthew Rappaport Buchanan. Before playing on One Life to Live Alderson played Molly in a Broadway production of Annie. Alderson received the Soap Opera Digest Award 2005 Favorite Teen for her work in One Life to Live.
