Lauren Goodnight is an anime voice actress for ADV Films and writer/journalist/bookseller/ex-graduate student. She has worked on a number of anime releases including Pretear, Angelic Layer, Aquarian Age, Super Gals!, Noir, Neon Gensis Evangelion Director's Cut, Rahxephon, DNAngel, Sorcerer Hunters OAV, and a role as the Cheshire Cat in the as-yet unconfirmed new dub of Miyuki-Chan in Wonderland. She resides in South Carolina, owns two cats, and has written for animeondvd.com since the spring of 2004. It is also rumored that her past includes a stint in the online Harry Potter fandom. She founded the anime seminar series called "Love Chat." She is an avid book and doll collector, aside from enjoying Elegant Gothic Lolita fashion and culture. Presently she is attempting to fulfill her lifelong ambition to meet and possibly date Samuel L. Jackson. Her Pink iPod of doom is better known than she is. She has a sick obsession with Dance Dance Revolution, and Katamari Damacy. Along with these qualities, she speaks passable French and the occasional Japanese curse word.
