Lauren Jones is an actress and magazine cover model. Jones, a former Miss New York USA beauty queen finalist, Homecoming Queen and Cheerleader, appeared on the soap opera Guiding Light and in the June 2005 issue of Maxim magazine. Lauren has also popped up in Fortune, Dubb, Sync, and Men's Health magazines, as well as on the covers of Sound and Vision amd extreme sports magazine, AXL.

Some know Jones as a pro athlete, working for World Wrestling Entertainment on its SmackDown! brand as a wreslter and Smackdown Diva. She was hired after appearing on the cover of the October 2004 issue of Smackdown! magazine with Superstar, The Big Show and went on to prove her athletic ability in the ring. Jones was then put on the road with WWE and trained by official WWE trainers, along with Hiroko, WWE wrestler from Japan, and Renee Dupree. This of course was when the two were still with WWE.

Jones then competed in SmackDown's 'Rookie Diva of 2005' contest at No Way Out, in which Joy Giovanni won. Later, she reemerged on SmackDown! for a little while until she supposely left the WWE for personal reasons in June. Contrary to internet reports, she was not released from WWE. It was reported in November 2005, 5 months since her last WWE appearance, that she was returning in December for the SmackDown! brand again. She has yet to reappear. It's being said she is off at the moment filming a new hit comedy show for Fox, which she will star and host in this upcoming summer. It's yet unknown if she will appear on WWE television again.

Jones was crowned Miss Cracked 2006, for the humor magazine, Cracked Entertainment.

Jones is the new Miss New York United Nations 2006.

Jones has worked as a model for Axe, Burger King and Coppertone campaigns

Jones will appear with Jeff Foxworthy for this year's CMT music awards in promo spots and commercials nationwide.

Trivia
