Leo Fitzpatrick (born in 1978 in Orange, New Jersey, United States) is an American actor who has appeared in such films as Kids, Storytelling, Bully and City of Ghosts. He also appeared in the HBO series Carnivàle and The Wire.

A native of Orange, New Jersey (population: 29,000), Fitzpatrick was a regular skateboarder in Manhattan by the age of 14. He hung around with other skateboard kids, mostly semi-vagrants who came from unhappy homes and looked to each other for a sense of family and belonging.

In the early 90's, Larry Clark began hanging around this scene, taking pictures, asking questions and just getting to know the kids, sometimes skating himself. He asked Fitzpatrick if he would like to audition for a movie he was making and Fitzpatrick was cast as Telly, a vagrant skateboarding teen whose life of violence, crime and drugs is directed by one goal, the desire to have sex with very young virgins.

Leo, much like his debut role in Kids, was a delinquent, skateboarding teenager.
"The only difference between me and my friends is that they drink Pabst Blue Ribbon and I can have Guinness." - Leo feels about becoming a professional actor.
After Kids, Leo decided he didn't like acting and quit. He took $300, his skateboard and some clothes and moved to England.
After a three-year hiatus, Leo was convinced to come and make a follow-up to Kids. Since, he's stuck to acting but makes movies as a career very low priority.
