Lois Moran (born March 1, 1909 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; died July 13, 1990 in Sedona, Arizona) was an American actress.Short CareerHer career began in 1921, and Moran appeared in a couple of silent movies in the early 1920s. She is probably best known for her role in the 1925 film Stella Dallas, after which she appeared in various musical movies. She did not make a successful transition (like so many actor's and actresses from the 'Silent Film Era) to 'talkies' (movies in sound).After marrying Clarence M.
