Mandy Smith (born Mandy Louise Smith on 17 July 1970) is a British singer, model and actress.

In 1983 at age 13 she started dating the then 47 year old Rolling Stones's bassist Bill Wyman. The two eventually married in 1989 and divorced in 1991. At the same time Wyman's son was engaged to Mandy Smith's mother. It has been alleged (not confirmed), that the couple had sex when Mandy was 13 and this has been a source of some controversy with people asking why Wyman was not prosecuted. The press coverage that was surrounding these affairs largely contributed to Mandy's career success as a singer. At age 17 she was signed to PWL by Stock Aitken Waterman. SAW team wrote and produced her first two hit singles - "I Just Can't Wait" and "Positive Reaction". Collaboration with Daize Washbourne brought another hit single "Boys and Girls". Following hit singles success, the album "Mandy" was released in 1988.

She also recorded the original version of Got To Be Certain which would later be the second international single release for fellow PWL act and success story, Kylie Minogue. Kylie's version was a number one hit in Australia and number two in the UK. Mandy's version remained unreleased until 2005 when it was premiered for the first time on PWL Radio and later included on the 2005 release Stock, Aitken & Waterman - GOLD as a special bonus track. Mandy's version includes slightly different lyrics to Kylie's version yet the backing music and production is identical.

During 80s and 90s Mandy appeared in various Tv-serials and shows. She also appeared in numerous magazines as a model and celebrity. In 2001 Mandy Smith briefly engaged to Ian Mosby and bore a son called Max Harrison Mosby.

In 1995 Mandy entered the FHM's list of "100 Sexiest Women in the World" (72 place).
In 1994 Mandy got "Rear of the Year" British award, which is given to people with a notable posterior.
