Marc Wallice (born Marc Goldberg October 3 1959) is a American pornographic actor in adult films.

Wallice got into the porn industry in 1982 at the age of 22. He was working as a grocery store bagger when he answered an ad for the World Modeling Agency. He started out with non-speaking roles, but worked his way up to become a very active actor, doing more than 1,300 heterosexual porn movies. He is a blond, semi-buff man, with a slightly curved penis, which earned him the nickname "Captain Hook".

He appeared in at least one gay film, A Matter of Size (Huge Video, 1983, Director Matt Sterling), under the name Don Webber. In this movie, he performed oral and anal sex in both the top and bottom roles with Scott Avery and Brian Michaels. He has also been involved in a series of photo shoots that involve him, Debi Diamond and assorted males in a series of threesomes in which which he and Diamond both have sexual contact with the males and also Diamond engages in Pegging_(sexual_practice) on both Wallice and the other males who participate.

Just as he was starting to get behind the camera to direct his own movies, it was announced by Sharon Mitchell on April 30, 1998 that he was HIV-positive. His career suddenly ended, with rumors and speculation that he also infected several other actresses, including Brooke Ashley, Tricia Devereaux, Caroline, Nina Cherry, Jordan McKnight, Barbara Doll, and Kimberly Jade. Some believe that he forged his HIV results, a rumor that he denies.

After the announcement was made public, Wallice withdrew all his money and checked into a hotel and went on a cocaine tailspin for about 3 weeks. While staying at the hotel, he was approached by a few men trying to rob him. The attempted robbery was thwarted, and everyone was arrested, including Wallice, for cocaine possession. He then left the hardcore scene completely, neither acting nor directing, as many in the industry have bitter feelings toward him regarding all the rumors.

Marc Wallice later returned to work in the industry. In the past several years, he has worked on editing videos of adult films.
