| Marc Warren (born March 20, 1967 in Northampton, England) is a British actor. He is blonde, blue-eyed and 5'9" (175 cm). Perhaps best known for his roles of Edward Leeford/Monks in WGBH/ITV's Masterpiece Theater acclaimed television adaptation Oliver Twist, Dougie Raymond in the hard hitting British television series The Vice, Albert Blithe in HBO's blockbuster mini-series Band of Brothers and Danny in Hustle. His first television role was in the long running British television series Grange Hill. He is set to appear in the 2006 series of Doctor Who, in the episode Love & Monsters. This will make him one of only a handful of actors to have appeared in both the new (2005–) and classic (1963–1989) series of Doctor Who, having previously appeared as an uncredited extra in the 1989 story Battlefield.
