Marcy Rylan (born November 4, 1983 in Providence, North Carolina) is an Americanactress.

She joined the cast of the CBS soap opera Guiding Light on February 7, 2006 taking over the role of Lizzie Spaulding, previously played by Crystal Hunt.

She has also won the lead role of Winnie in the 2006 cheerleading film, Bring It On 3: Bring It On Yet Again, which stars Hayden Panettiere, who also played Lizzie Spaulding. Before joining the cast of Guiding Light, she was a guest star on the Nickelodeon show Drake & Josh and she has also appeared in several national network commercials.

Her hobbies include dancing, yoga, Pilates, horseback riding, and hiking. She also loves animals and would like to own a llama someday. She also has a passion for community service and frequently volunteers with NY Cares and LA Works.
