Mark Holton (born 1958 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is an American film and character actor, often appearing in supporting or cameo roles in numerous films throughout the 1980s and 1990s. His distinguishing features include a hefty, almost boyish, look and high voice.

Popular roles

Perhaps Holton's most famous role is that of "Francis Buxton", Pee-Wee Herman's enemy neighbor, in the 1985 blockbuster Pee-Wee's Big Adventure. A spoiled brat who is seen as a perfect angel by his wealthy father, Buxton was responsible for the theft of the bicycle that launched the adventure of the title character.

Other notable 1980s roles came in the form of the character "Chubby" in Teen Wolf
and Teen Wolf Too
.

The 1990s found another main role awarded to Holton: that of "Ozzy" in the first Leprachaun horror film.

In 2003, Holton was awarded his first starring role: that of real-life serial killer John Wayne Gacy in the straight-to-video biopic Gacy.

Minor roles

Holton has appeared in minor or cameo roles in such films as The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! with Leslie Nielsen, My Life with Michael Keaton, Little Giants
with Rick Moranis, and the 2000 live-action film adaptation of The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle
with Robert DeNiro.

His most well-known minor role may be that of the adult "Stillwell Angel" in the closing scenes of 1992's A League of Their Own

Television

As of 2005, Holton has never appeared as a regular cast member of any television show. Nevertheless, he can be seen in episodes of The Young and the Restless, Seinfeld
, MacGyver, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and NYPD Blue.
