Marshall Thompson (November 27, 1925 - May 18, 1992) was a film and television actor. In 1943, the young actor was signed by Universal Pictures to appear in film getting paid $350 per week. The Peoria, Illinois-born actor with boy-next-door good looks moved to MGM in 1946 as his roles steadily got bigger and better. By the 1960s, the actor, who lost his boyish looks and was now more authoritatative, had his own television series, Daktari, and appeared occasionally in films. Later in his career, he appeared in many television programs and some films; including The Turning Point (1977) and The Formula (1980). He died due to congestive heart failure in 1992.Partal Filmology
