Marti Webb (born on 13 December, 1944) is a musical actress from the UK, who appeared on stage in Evita, before starring in Andrew Lloyd Webber's one woman show Tell Me On A Sunday in the mid 1980s. She had a hit in the UK charts with a song from the show, "Take That Look Off Your Face".

Webb first came to prominence as Ann in the original London production of 'Half a Sixpence' opposite Tommy Steele
. She later dubbed the singing voice of Julia Foster, who played the role in the film adaptation.

During the 1970s she appeared in both The Card, written by Tony Hatch and Jackie Trent, and Godspell
, opposite David Essex
, Julie Covington and Jeremy Irons
. In 1979 she took over from Elaine Paige
in the original London production of Evita.

She sang a cover version of Michael Jackson
's Ben
in memory of a child, Ben Hardwick, discussed on the BBC television programme That's Life!.

In 1990, on the last studio collaboration between Alan Parsons and Eric Woolfson, the album "Freudiana", Marti Webb performed two songs, one of which joining forces with Eric Woolfson, Gary Howard and Kiki Dee.

Webb co-devised and starred in 'The Magic of the Musicals', a concert tour featuring songs from musical theatre in the early 1990s. The album of the show was co-produced by Webb's husband, sound engineer Tom Button.

During 1995 and 1996 Webb reprised her role in a UK tour of Evita.

She recently appeared in the new London stage show of Thoroughly Modern Millie
(2003) before reprising her role in Tell Me On A Sunday both in the West End and on tour.

Early 2006 sees Webb touring for two months again with 'The Magic of the Musicals'.
