Matt Batagglia (Matteo Battaglia) is a character actor born in Tallahassee, Florida, United States on September 25, 1965. Battaglia, one of 4 children attended the University of Louisville where he played football and led the nation in tackles his senior year. Battaglia went to the NFL but suffered an injury leading him to acting.

Battaglia is an extremely successful philanthropist and co-founded The Mint Jubilee, an annual celebrity driven charity event which takes place at the Kentucky Derby benefiting cancer patients.
