Matt Hill (born January 19, 1968) is an English voice actor who works for Ocean Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Several of his roles are Japanese anime dubs, but he is also the voice of Ed from Ed, Edd n Eddy, Jab/Clint Bolton from Street Sharks, Cyclops' brother, Alex Masters/Havoc, from X-Men: Evolution, Captain N: The Game Master from the show of the same name, and Artha Penn from Dragon Booster. He is also Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III, and the voice of the Clean Cut custom character in Def Jam Fight For NY.
