Maureen Flannigan (born on December 30, 1973, in Inglewood, California) is an American actress most famous for her role as "Evie Ethel Garland" in the 1980s TV sitcom, Out of This World, which also starred Donna Pescow. She began acting professionally in 1985.

She attended USC, but has kept her acting career alive in films, with a movie currently in post-production, "Homecoming", and many appearances on TV over the years.

Maureen has had a recurring roll on the hit WB series 7th Heaven as Shana Sullivan, the girlfriend of Matt Camden.

Maureen has made guest appearances on tv shows, some of those appearances range from Highway to Heaven, Star Trek Deep Space Nine (in the episode "Covenant"), ER, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Starved.
