| Melanie Kinnaman (b. in Holyoke, Massachusetts) is an American actress, dancer and stage actress. She has starred in a couple of films. She is best known for her role in the 1985 horror film Friday the 13th: A New Beginning as Pam. Melanie was offered to direct the film but the producers wanted to take the film into a different direction. Melanie was going to reprise her role as Pam in Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives, but she backed out. Melanie has made guest appearances in TV shows like The People Next Door and Cheers.
