| Michael Legge (born 1978 in County Down, Northern Ireland) is a Northern Irish actor. He is best known for playing the part of Frank McCourt in the film Angela's Ashes (1999), directed by Alan Parker. From November 2004 to April 2005 he appeared in the stage version of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials novels in the National Theatre in London, England. Filmography
