Her career began in ballet, when she accepted a scholarship to the Academy of Professional Ballet. Currently, Michelle can be seen portraying the Jewish lesbian Melaine Marcus on the critically acclaimed hit Showtime/Showcase
TV series Queer as Folk (US). Michelle also plays on the World Poker Tour in the Hollywood Home games for the Destination Foundation charity.
