| Michael Ryan "Mike" Lobel (born March 7, 1984 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian actor, who currently stars as Jay Hogart on Degrassi: The Next Generation. He attended Etobicoke School of the Arts, beginning in music (he is a skilled musician and studied percussion) and later switched majors into Drama. He was just given a starring role in season 5 of Degrassi: The Next Generation.
