Vini Melissa Ann Francis (born December 12, 1972 in Los Angeles, California) was an American child actress.

Known professionally as Missy Francis, she started her acting career in telefilms at age 5. She is best known for her role as Cassandra Cooper-Ingalls on Little House on the Prairie
.

In 1995, she graduated from Harvard University. She currently works as a news reporter for CNBC, providing live hourly reports from the New York Mercantile Exchange on trading in crude oil futures contracts.

Her sister Tiffany was also a child actress.
