Mitchell Whitfield is an American actor, who gueststarred in several episodes of the Friends television series.

In friends, He was Barry Farber, the ex-husband of Rachel, whom Rachel dumped on the wedding day as she did not love him. His character was seen cheating on Rachel many times; even in one later episode it was turned up that he used to make out with Rachel’s sister Emmy (played by Christina Applegate).

His character was an orthodontist in the show. Later, he married Mindy, Rachel's friend and bridesmaid from her wedding, with whom he had an affair since when he and Rachel used to go out.
