| Natalia Oreiro (born May 19, 1977 in Montevideo, Uruguay) is a popular Uruguayan singer and actress. At the age of 16 she moved to Argentina to work there and release her ambitions. She started her career by playing in telenovelas. She had a hit in 1998 with her first album, Natalia Oreiro, after she sang the theme song (Cambio dolor) of her first important telenovela Muñeca brava (Wild Doll). She has continued acting by appearing in several other popular telenovelas, some of which have been seen outside of Argentina. She has released three albums, with a fourth expected around the middle of 2006.
