Noriko Ogawa (Ogawa Noriko, 小川範子; born 20 July 1973 in Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actress and former J-pop singer. She graduated in sociology at Waseda University. Her real name is Tanimoto Shigemi (谷本重美).

She made her J-pop debut on 25 November 1987.
