Mindy Paige Davis (born October 15, 1969 in Philadelphia) is an American actress and theater arts performer living in Manhattan. She graduated from the Meadow School of Arts at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Much of her training has been in musical theater as well as dancing, and she spent two and a half years touring in the Broadway show Beauty and the Beast. In Los Angeles, Davis also did numerous commercials and videos.

Television viewers know Paige Davis best as the host of Trading Spaces, the redecorating show produced by TLC. Davis became the host in 2001, replacing Alex McLeod. In January 2005, TLC announced it would transition Davis off of the show. Davis has written a book, Paige by Paige, which chronicles her television experiences.

Paige married actor Patrick Page, with whom she appeared in Beauty and the Beast, in 2001. Their wedding was featured on the TLC series A Wedding Story.
