Paige Summers ( born Nancy Coursey July 21, 1976 in Lorain, Ohio, USA before moving with her family to Morganton, North Carolina and graduating from Freedom High School where her senior superlative was "Barbie Look-Alike". Died September, 2003 ) was an American adult model and a porn star. She was first chosen Pet of the Month June 1996 and then Penthouse Pet of the Year in 1998.

Busty blonde Paige Summers had appeared on many websites and in some Penthouse videos.

She died from a drug overdose at the home of her boyfriend, a local real estate developer in Western North Carolina.
