| Patrick Mower (born 12 September 1940, Oxford, England) is an English actor well known for many television parts, including Detective Superintendent Steve Hackett in the police series Target. He has recently become popular in ITV's Emmerdale as Rodney Blackstock. Patrick graduated from RADA.
