| Paul David McCrane (born January 19, 1961) is an American movie, television and theatre actor. Some of his roles include Emil Antonowsky in RoboCop, Montgomery McNeil in Fame , Astronaut Pete Conrad in From the Earth to the Moon and Robert Romano on ER. Following his departure from ER McCrane has directed several episodes of that show. McCrane was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He married Dana Kellin, a jewelry designer, in 1998; they have two children, William Thomas and Noa Catherine.
