| Penelope Windust (born in New York City, New York) is an American actor who starred on television, and in a few movies. She is best known for her roll in the 1983 mini series V as Kathleen Maxwell. Penelope has starred in many tv movies. Her best known film rolls was in the 1988 movie Ghost Town and Bird that year.Her most recent movie was in the 1994 movie Iron Will. She has made many guest appearances in many tv shows,some of those experiences include The Six Million Dollar Man, Falcon Crest, Matlock, ER, Third Watch, and Boston Legal.
