Born November 26, 1973, Peter Facinelli is perhaps best-known as the star of FOX's 2002 television series Fastlane.

The 5'10" Facinelli grew up in Ozone Park, Queens, New York, in a family with a rich Italian-American heritage. He studied acting at the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School in New York City; his teachers there included William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman, Giancarlo Esposito, and Camryn Manheim.

Facinelli met his future wife, Jennie Garth, on the set of An Unfinished Affair, a 1996 made-for-TV movie. They married on January 20, 2001. He and Garth now have two daughters together, Luca Bella and Lola Ray.

Facinelli's next project is Hollow Man 2
, which co-stars Christian Slater. It will be released direct-to-video in 2006. He can also be seen in films such as Riding in Cars with Boys
, The Scorpion King
, and Can't Hardly Wait
. In 2004 and 2005, he recurringly appeared on the hit HBO show Six Feet Under, playing Jimmy.
