| Philip Olivier (born 1980 in Liverpool) is British actor whose most notable role was that of Timothy "Tinhead" O'Leary, in the soap opera Brookside. He has performed in several audio plays based on the Doctor Who television series by Big Finish Productions as a companion of the Seventh Doctor by the name of Hex. In 2005, he received a gold medal, when he took part in the channel 4 reality TV show, The Games, dominating the competition from start to finish. He is a relative of former Maltese Prime Minister Giorgio Borg Olivier.
